Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DigiPulse collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website monitoring service.

DigiPulse is not directed at persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Data Controller

The data controller is Yurii Mokryi, sole proprietorship in Poland, 62-060 Stęszew. DigiPulse: digipulse.cloud. Privacy contact: privacy@digipulse.cloud.

What We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Email address, name, username provided during registration.

  • Site Data: URLs and names of websites you monitor.

  • Monitoring Data: Response times, uptime statistics, and status history.

  • Technical Information: IP addresses, browser type, and usage data.

  • Telegram Integration Data: Telegram user ID and display name, only if you choose to connect Telegram for monitoring notifications.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to (the applicable legal basis under GDPR Art. 6 is indicated for each purpose):

  • Provide and maintain our monitoring service — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

  • Send alerts and notifications about your monitored sites, including via Telegram if connected — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Telegram user ID and display name are processed solely for this notification purpose.

  • Improve our service and develop new features — legal basis: legitimate interests in improving service quality and developing new features for our users (Art. 6(1)(f)); you may object at any time (see Your Rights below).

  • Comply with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Cookies and Analytics

Our public website (digipulse.cloud) uses cookies and similar technologies. We do not use cookies for advertising or personalized ads.

  • Necessary: authentication session, Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on forms), language preference, and local storage of your cookie choice (cookie_consent_v2). IP addresses are also processed by our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare as strictly necessary to deliver the service (legal basis: legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f); retained in server logs for up to 30 days). No consent required for any of the above.

  • Analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Measures use of public pages (views, device type, approximate location). Does not apply to monitoring data inside your account.

  • We do not use analytics or advertising cookies without your opt-in via the cookie banner.

  • No advertising: we do not run Google Ads. ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization stay denied in our Google tag.

  • Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained according to our GA4 property settings (typically up to 14 months). Your cookie choice is stored locally until you clear it or change it in Cookie settings in the footer.

  • Google may process data outside the EEA/UK. Google relies on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses). See Google’s privacy policy and Analytics data processing terms.

  • Until you choose in the banner, analytics is off (Google Consent Mode v2). You can allow analytics, reject non-essential cookies, or toggle analytics in Settings.

  • Change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer, or clear site data in your browser.

  • You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country. As the controller is established in Poland, the competent authority is: UODO — Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following cases:

  • With trusted service providers acting as data processors: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics — only when you consent); Cloudflare, Inc. (DDoS protection and Turnstile bot filtering — processes IP addresses; covered by Standard Contractual Clauses); Hetzner Online GmbH (server infrastructure, data centres in the EU — Finland and Germany). We do not sell your data to any third party.

  • When required by applicable law, court order, or government authority; or to establish, exercise, or defend against legal claims, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service.

Data Retention

Account data (name, email, username): retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Monitoring data (response times, history): retained for 90 days on a rolling basis. Support communications: retained for 2 years. Billing records: retained for 5 years in accordance with Polish accounting law. Server and access logs (including IP addresses): retained for up to 30 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures — including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority (UODO) within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required by GDPR Art. 33. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will also notify you directly without undue delay (GDPR Art. 34).

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Request deletion of your personal information.

  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

  • Request restriction of processing of your data (e.g. while accuracy is disputed or an objection is pending) — Art. 18 GDPR.

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling — Art. 21 GDPR.

  • Not be subject to solely automated decision-making that produces significant legal effects — Art. 22 GDPR. We do not carry out such processing.

  • Opt out of optional product emails, if we send them (separate from website cookies).

  • Withdraw or change consent to analytics cookies at any time via Cookie settings in the site footer.

  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we process your data unlawfully. As the controller is established in Poland, the competent supervisory authority is: UODO — Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
